Fine Tune is going into its 8th year as a travel lacrosse option for players in middle TN. The purpose of Fine Tune is to introduce local student athletes (10U, 12U, 14U and HS) to a travel program that will inspire and educate to play at the next level while building a strong team atmosphere. This program is meant to develop boys into young men of character who display discipline, good sportsmanship, and the willingness to work hard to achieve their goals. As the game of lacrosse continues to be the fastest growing sport in the country, it is important for our community to grow and improve as well. This will be achieved through three and a half hour practices, position specific group training, and lacrosse specific physical training. Our main objective as a program is to develop, educate, and mentor these young men to their next level of physical ability as well as lacrosse and field IQ.
